Viader is a “granja” located in Xuclà street, in downtown Barcelona. Founded in 1870 and still led by the family that gave its name to it, is one of the most emblematic places of the city to have breakfast or an afternoon snack. They prepare whipped cream, hot chocolate and cakes every day. From its bakery came, in 1931, Cacaolat, the first industrial chocolate milkshake in history.
