The Moka Express was designed with a faceted octagonal shape, using aluminum. This unique shape and material choice became iconic and synonymous with the Bialetti brand.

Bialetti’s design aimed at practicality and sensory aesthetics and can today be found in most households.

Renato Bialetti, Alfredo’s son, later became the caricature of the brand, by being the protagonist of strips and television shows. His caricature became the iconic ambassador of the coffee company.

Renato Bialetti, became linked to the brand, for eternity, as his ashes were put in a Moka Express.
