This table parmesan grater was developed by Rigamonti Pietro e Figli, a family business founded in 1946 in Lombardy. The mechanical system allows for grating easily the exact amount of cheese directly onto the dish. It can be completely disassembled and its functioning has not changed since its original conception, which made it a common household good in Italy.
