Sirvent is an “horchatería” located in the neighbourhood of Sant Antoni, in Barcelona, founded in 1920 by a Valencian entrepreneur. This familiar business becomes, every summer, a place where families queue to have an horchata, a slush or a “cubano”. During the winter, they buy there the typical turrones. Sirvent still keeps its manufacturing in the Xixona area, in Valencia, where all this products have its origin.
